Mobile App

SmartStorage is a storage inventory app currently in development for iPhone and iPad. It is designed to help manage storage boxes, items, photos, barcodes, QR labels, and storage locations.

The goal is to help users quickly check where things are stored, whether at home, in an office, warehouse, or collection space.

Main Mobile App Features

SmartStorage is being designed for practical storage work: taking photos and scanning with iPhone, while using iPad for browsing, checking, and organizing inventory.

Box Management

Create storage boxes and manage their photos, categories, storage locations, and stored items.

Item Entry

Record names, descriptions, manufacturers, models, barcodes, serial numbers, quantities, prices, and notes.

Barcode Scanning

Scan barcodes with the iPhone or iPad camera to make item entry faster.

Photo Records

Add photos to boxes and items so they are easier to identify visually, not only by text.

Storage Location Hierarchy

Use area, storage site, rack, shelf, and position fields to clarify where each box is stored.

QR Label Workflow

The app is planned to support scanning QR labels on boxes or items to quickly open the related record.
